The apartment is fully furnished with a Queen-size bed, computer desk, couch that turns into a bed, flatscreen LCD TV with cable and high-speed internet (wifi), fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stove, dishes and more. In rentals over 30 days, the utilities such as electricity, gas, and Internet are not included. it runs for $300 a month. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just couple of minutes from the apartment - Drug Stores, Nail Salons, US Post Office/Fedex & UPS locations, Banks, Money exchange, Barber and more. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4,5,6 Green Line 96 Street Subway Station and M15 cross town bus are in walking distance. This is very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.

The location was perfect, not too noisy. We had a lot of restaurants around the studio. The place was really clean when we first got there and the staff was very friendly.

Not my first time in NYC but definitely my first time staying in this part of New York, i love the area!! The studio is also great, the sofa bed was very useful when my sister decided she was coming with me last minute. The staff is great and very friendly when we asked them for advice on where to eat.

The studio is what you imagine the space of a studio to be. It still very spacious, for a studio. The kitchen works pretty well. No complains there. The staff was welcoming and the location is pretty much close to perfect.

Took my mom to New York for her birthday. Thought a small apartment would be better if it was just the both of us. The kitchen had all the appliances, the room was confortabe and clean. The location was perfect, close to subways stations so my mom didnt had to walk too much. We had a great time.
