Open common room includes a fine sofa with complementing stone top coffee and side tables. With a high definition television this is the perfect space to enjoy some downtime with you travel companions or simply relax after a busy day exploring the streets of the city. Conveniently, this area also transform into an extra sleeping accommodation by pulling out the sofa into a bed. In the common room you’ll also find a beautiful dark finish dining table for your dining enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliance, including dishwasher, cookware, and dishware. Full bathroom features shower hose handle, marble tub, three door medicine cabinet, and Hollywood style lighting above the mirror. The studio includes a Queen sized bed for your bedding accommodations. Walkup building (4 flights up).

It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just couple of minutes from the apartment - Drug Stores, Nail Salons, US Post Office/Fedex & UPS locations, Banks, Money exchange, Barber and more. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4,5,6 Green Line 96 Street Subway Station and M15 cross town bus are in walking distance. This is very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.

The apartment is located in the heart of the upper east side. It is easy to visit the whole city by the metro which is about 5 mins walk away from the apartment. Also many restaurants and supermarkets, cafes, laundry's and gyms are positioned closely to the house. The room itself is perfect for 1-s2 people to live in New York over a longer period of time. Besides the living situation, the stuff was very nice and helpful during our stay. Overall the apartment is a good fit to explore New York over a longer period of time.

Came to NY all the way from Norway, i've heard a lot of things about the Upper East Side, so I wanted to live in this area when I finally came to visit. Thankfully this studio was avaiable, it's a very nice place, really big. I loved the kitchen area. The sofa bed came in very handy when my brother decided last minute that he wanted to join me in the thrip.

i love NY, the goal for me and my mom in this trip was to visist as many museums as possible during o short stay. Lucky for us most of the important museums and galleries are really close to this studio. The place is very beautiful with the wooden floors and practical kicthen. Definitely perfect for our kind of trip.

Very nice apartment, it has a lot of space for what I imagine of a studio size apartment. The area seemed a bit residencial but it has a lot of restaurants and things to do within a resonable walking distance like parks and museums. Very nice.

I learn from my last stay in NY that sublet4u has the best apartments to stay in. Honestly, this place is really good, has a ton of space and in the best location possible. You have everything near you including transportation. The best way to travel, seriously. Zero complains from me.
