The apartment is fully furnished with a Queen-size bed, computer desk, couch that turns into a bed, flatscreen LCD TV with cable and high-speed internet (wifi), fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stove, dishes and more. In rentals over 30 days, the utilities such as electricity, gas, and Internet are not included. it runs for $300 a month. You will find a lot of storage place and basically what ever you might need just to settle and live there. Stay with us, and feel what it´s like to live like a true New Yorker.

I didn't expect the staff to be so nice. They were so sweet and helpful. The studio is seriously cozy in the best way possible. I rather rent an apartment than stay in a hotel, this is more homey. They have so many restaurants and cafes near the apartment that food was never an issue.

My mom rented this place for us while we stayed in New York for my brother's wedding.The place is very clean and look pretty new. Clearly my mom took the regular bed and Ii was stuck with the sofa bed. Surprisingly, not bad. The studio is close to the subway so that made our life easier. Central Park is always a plus.

Me and my sister rent this studio while we did our interships in NYC. The place is cute, my sister an I where not working the same shift so the fact that it was a studio was actually nice. The place has a very homey vibe which I really enjoyed. Great location :)

This is not my first time staying with Sublet4U, they always have the best locations. This studio was so close to every place i wanted to visit. Plus the subway was super close too. The studio is really pretty and very nicely decorated. Perfect place to just relax afte doingr so much shopping.

Got everything I needed for the holiday seasons. Very prettyand clean apartment with transportation really close by and a ton of restaurats to choose from.
