The apartment is fully furnished with a Queen-size bed, computer desk, couch that turns into a bed, flatscreen LCD TV and high-speed internet (wifi), fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stove, dishes and more. In rentals over 30 days, the utilities such as electricity, gas, and Internet are not included. it runs for $300 a month. I absolutely loved staying in this unit. The back yard was such a nice space to have while living in the chaos of NYC. The staff was really nice to deal with and helpful in fixing anything that came up and answering any questions I had. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed to cook at home and live a healthy life style. Also -- really convenient that in the build is a wash and fold/dry cleaner and handiman/hardware store so you'll have access to anything you need. The location is perfect -- just a few minutes from the subway (Q train) and close to LOTS to do on the Upper East Side. If I ever come back for an extended NYC stay I'll be trying to stay again!

I rented this studio for 2 month, while I did my summer intership. It was one of the best choices I took that summer. The place is quite big, clean and you cant ask for a a better location. got to ran thruogh Central Park almost everyday. This is my to go apartment in NY now.

I had a very good time staying in this apartment. The staff gave me a very warm welcome and were very sweet and helpful with advice on what to do and what to visit considering it's my first time in NY. The place is perfect, really cute decorated and it comes with all the essentials to be able to cook at home.

Great apartment. I felt like I was at home everytime I came back from job to this apartment. It has that homey and welcoming vibe. I loved that even when its a studio, it has a lot of space. I love cooking and the kitchen has eveything i needed for that. And if i didnt feel like cooking after a long day, there is always some restaurant or caffee around the corner open.
