The apartment is fully furnished with a Queen-size bed, computer desk, couch that turns into a bed, flatscreen LCD TV and high-speed internet (wifi), fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stove, dishes and more. In rentals over 30 days, the utilities such as electricity, gas, and Internet are not included. it runs for $300 a month. You will find a lot of storage place and basically what ever you might need just to settle and live there. Stay with us, and feel what it´s like to live like a true New Yorker.

It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just couple of minutes from the apartment - Drug Stores, Nail Salons, US Post Office/Fedex & UPS locations, Banks, Money exchange, Barber and more. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4,5,6 Green Line 96 Street Subway Station and M15 cross town bus are in walking distance. This is very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.

It's a very nice studio. The sleeping are has a lot of space and the kitchen feels very much like is separated from the sleeping area. the bathroom is ok, everything works properly. The area is also very nice. Close to transportation and main museums.

I stayed here while i finished my summer job. The place is nice. When i booked it i knew that it was studio so i was counting on not having a lot of space. But it's actually spacious. The bed is really confortable and the kitchen area is very nice.

Came to NY to visist a friend who happened to live very close by to this studio The studio was cute, very cozy. It was perfect for me. The location is beautiful and very close to Central Park and all the important museums. I was not lost in the area because my friend was there to be my personal tour guide, but i know the subways are very close by which will be usefull for my next trip. Planning on staying here again next time too.

The studio is nice and very clean, the bed is actually very confortable. The kitchen has all the basic which is great. Nice neigborhood.
