Located on the heart of the Upper East Side on E 81st Street between 1 - 2 Avenue. The neighborhood is home to some of the most famous designer stores, well known restaurants, cinemas, super markets, comedy clubs and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum and the Guggenheim Museum are near by. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just couple of minutes from the apartment - Drug Stores, Nail Salons, US Post Office/Fedex & UPS locations, Banks, Money exchange, Barber and more. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4,5,6 Green Line 96 Street Subway Station and M15 cross town bus are in walking distance. This is very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.

I stayed in the apartment together with 3 other girls for 3 months. For 4 persons, the bathroom is a little small but that was what we expected. One room is much bigger than the other one but we decided to switch rooms after the first half of our stay. It was very convenient to have the open kitchen and the living room as a common area to spend some time together. By the way, after a few weeks they even gave us free access to Netflix what we appreciated very much.

Nir was our main contact person. He was very reliable. Whenever we had a small problem he responded very quickly and came by the apartment when needed. He also organized some more desks and bedsheets for us.

The location couldn’t have been better. The Central Park is only a few blocks away (beautiful for running or relaxing in summer), a little supermarket is right on the corner and so is the laundry, restaurants and some bars. There are also two train stations close by. One is on 83th street, the other one on 86th street. On 86st you can also find more shopping opportunities including another (quite expensive) supermarket, Victoria’s Secret, H&M, AT&T, and much more.

Altogether I can’t imagine a better place to stay in NYC. I would stay here again anytime!

Best location in New York!! very nice staff and attentive staff. The apartment it's very confortable for a long stay. It has all the basics and it's very easy too fell at home here in a very short period of time.

The apartment is very nice, what you see it's what you get. Big rooms, nice kitchen, fully equipped which I really appreciate. Great location though!!

Nice apartment to travel with the family. The rooms are very confortable and everything was very clean and organized when we firt got the apartment. The staff was very helpful with the extra set of keys.

This apartment has the best location if you are like me and love to go out for a run in the mornings. Its very close to Central Park, and has a ton of caffees and restaurants around. The apartment has everything you might need in your day to day. Its pretty and clean fully equipped. I stayed for two months and couldnt be happier with the choice of apartment.

I stayed here with my best friend while we did our summer jobs. It's a big and very practical apartment for roomates because both bedrooms have really good sizes. The location cant get any better and the staff were super nice when we asked for an extra set of keys. Totally recommend it
