The apartment is fully furnished with a Queen-size bed, computer desk, couch that turns into a bed, flatscreen LCD TV and high-speed internet (wifi), fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stove, dishes and more. In rentals over 30 days, the utilities such as electricity, gas, and Internet are not included. it runs for $300 a month. You will find a lot of storage place and basically what ever you might need just to settle and live there. Stay with us, and feel what it´s like to live like a true New Yorker.

It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just couple of minutes from the apartment - Drug Stores, Nail Salons, US Post Office/Fedex & UPS locations, Banks, Money exchange, Barber and more. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4,5,6 Green Line 96 Street Subway Station and M15 cross town bus are in walking distance. This is very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.

It's not my first time in New York and i didnt have the best experience the first time, so i went on the safe side this time and by recomendation of a close friend i ended up in this studio. I really liked it. The place is what you would expect for a studio, but iti has all the basic things so if you are staying for a long stay you will still be very confortable and with your basic needs cover. Ill probably be back next time I have to stay in NY.

I spent this summer in New Yrok in this studio. Im very happy with my decision, the apartment is cute and the kitchen is fully equipped so I could cook from day one because I had all the basics. Love the area, i mean who doesnt want to stay in the Upper East Side.

Loved the guys from the staff, they are the best, really cool people, very helpful. The apartment was great i had a really good time. Nice area, lots of restaurants to choose from and very close to the East River.
