Featuring two separate bedrooms, living room, one bathroom and full kitchen fully equipped with the following items: dining area, table, chairs, cabinets and more (toaster, microwave & oven, electric kettle fridge / freezer and gas burners). Bathroom includes a sink, a shower and restroom. You will get clean linens and towels. Each bedroom is furnished with double side bed (Master bedroom - Queen Size Bed and other bedroom Full Size Bed), flat LCD TV with cables, closet, Air condition, Computer Desk, heat and windows. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be converted to a queen-size bed.

Wonderful 8 month stay on 81st St. Nice and spacious apt, very friendly staff and a great area to live in! Cleaners in the entrance of the building and shops and cosy restaurants just around the corner. I would strongly recommend The Local Stay, great agency with no issues!

I rented this apartment for me and my brother for our first visit to New York. The place was really big and spacious. I was a little nervous considering the pick up and drop off the apartment keys... But the staff was very nice and helpful with all of that, im very greatful. We had a great time.

Gorgeous apartment!! I have stayed with S4U apartments a couple of times now and the apartments are always clean, in the best locations and fully equipped. Cant wait to come back next summer!

I came to New York to try some new food, do some great shopping and see Central Park. I was not disapointed :)
I got this super cute apartment with my friend. The amaizing part is that we got everything that we were looking for within a few blocks!

When i first decided to rent an apartment for my visit to New York everybody told me to get use to the idea of shoe box size apartments. Clearly, they have been looking in the wrong place!!! This apartment is beautiful and really big. The bedrooms have a lot of space and the living room and kitchen make a really cool common area.
Loved the location too.
