About This Studio
This large studio features 1 bathroom, and sleeps 3 guests. Located on the Upper East Side, near some of the best attractions New York has to offer.
Important to know

This stylish studio offers a large living area which includes a queen-size bed and a comfortable sofa bed as well as a desk, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, and a toaster. It also includes a nice bathroom with a bathtub. For your convenience, the unit has access to Wifi connection. Minimum 30 nights is required and NO Exceptions Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $360 per month. The payment should be made directly to host at check-in. For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after 8 PM, and a fee of $200 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet registration fee ranging from $400 to $500 depending on size, amount and length of stay. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. Please note that the furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can arrange it for an additional fee. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. Please let us know if you have any further questions or special requests. We are here to ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. You may feel free to contact me with any questions 24/7 before, during and after the stay.

Located on the heart of the Upper East Side on E 94th Street between 1 - 2 Avenue. The neighborhood is home to some of the most famous designer stores, well known restaurants, cinemas, super markets, comedy clubs and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum and the Guggenheim Museum are near by. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just couple of minutes from the apartment - Drug Stores, Nail Salons, US Post Office/Fedex & UPS locations, Banks, Money exchange, Barber and more. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4,5,6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross town bus are in walking distance. This is very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.

Very accommodating and trustworthy host; quick response with emails and requests. The apartment was spotlessly clean with fresh bed linen and towels. The apartment is as the pictures show. The bathroom is smaller that I realised, which wouldn't be very ideal for families with young children but was absolutely fine for me for one month. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, toaster, mugs and glasses. All clean and new. No hassle from neighbours, generally a quiet/ relaxed spot. Really good location. 5 mins walk to the 6 train - the best line to be on! Really central. Near the apartment are lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from and within a 15 min walk you're near lots of shops. 5 min walk in the opposite direction and you're in Central Park with an incredible view of the city and the reservoir, absolutely stunning view. Also very close were the museums, 10/15 mins to the Met and Guggenheim. All in all very good for a tourist.

We stayed for two months and it is a wonderful choice! The location is great, so much within walking distance and everything NY has to offer with uber or easy access by bus or subway. The apartment is very cute and spacious for a studio, especially one in NY! The hosts were helpful and friendly and quick to answer our questions. Very happy with the apartment, the service and our stay!!
