The beautiful villa is a large property which includes four individual apartments. This spacious and bright apartment features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms extending over three floors and offers plenty of room for 4 guests. On the first floor is the lovely living area providing high-quality furniture and access to the south-west facing terrace that invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a dining table. The second floor includes the master bedroom with a King size bed and an adjacent balcony. The other bedroom on this floor features 2 single beds which are perfectly suitable for children. On the third floor is also a bedroom with 2 single beds. On each floor is a bathroom featuring a shower. This is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed, considering the allergy friendly facilities. In the apartment are also highchairs and cots, the stairs are equipped with a child safety lock, so that little guests feel at home here as well. In addition, the unit offers a free beach chair on the main beach, which can be used anytime. Bed linen and towels are provided and Wi-Fi is available. Also a washer and dryer can be used for a small fee.
Perfectly located in the heart of the German island Borkum, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. On Borkum the air is very clean and fresh due to the car ban on the island. There is a cute little steam locomotive which brings you from the ferry to the centre. In the centre, everything is in walking distance. There are also a lot of bike rentals close by. Not far from the apartment are supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The beaches are beautiful and wide, there is always a quiet spot for sunbathing and relaxing. The small villages on the island invite you for walks through the pretty streets with all the cute little cafes. Forget everyday life in this great atmosphere full of comfort and hospitality.
